I will write ideas that i need on the site and all the features. I'm from Russia and was wondering are you able to do a website in Russian? (with my corrections) For the buyer- 1. A filter for search 2. Map 3. On the main page have couple of sections (for example) - apartments around 100.... - New Listings - affordable offers - Luxury Homes - Hotel apartments 4. News section (market news, loans, bank info) (https://www.realtor.com/realestateforsale) For the seller- 1. Get offers for your home 2. Valuation information 3. Agent ratings in the city I think you have a clue of what we need :-) Why are we creating “another“ real esate site?? What we want - We want to provide buyers with real contact of the property they want to visit. It's a problem in our town, many real estate agents have fake offers. The site will have a concept of connecting the buyer and the seller directly. Are the buyer finds the property he wants to view in real, he can contact the seller by buying his phone number. We would need a method for online payments. For the seller we need to make a page with possibility of the seller to fill in the information of the property he/she wants to sell. Type, size, floor, furished/unfurnished, price…. And ability to load photo and documents onlin . We need a website in 3 versions for desktop users, tablet and smartphone. And if possible to make an app for iOS and Andriod. If possible let me know! Thank you, Alexsei.
